MANDURAH MAZDA 2024 STOCK CLEARANCE EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Stock Availability: All offers are subject to availability of stock. Mandurah Mazda reserves the right to limit quantities.

Vehicle Pricing: Advertised prices may be subject to change without notice. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Trade-in Vehicles: The minimum trade-in value is determined by Mandurah Mazda based on the make, model, condition, and mileage of the vehicle. The vehicle must be licensed on WA plates. The trade-in offer may be subject to a finance approval.

Free Accessories & Vouchers: Free accessories include any genuine Mazda accessories, up to a maximum value of $1,000.

The $500 car care voucher can be redeemed towards aftercare products and services at Mandurah Mazda. Minimum spend of $1,000 applies.

Financing: Finance is subject to approval. Standard lending criteria apply. Please see Mandurah Mazda for details.

This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers. Mandurah Mazda reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

In the case of any dispute, the decision of Mandurah Mazda Management is final.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. Vehicle Sales

• Mandurah Mazda offers new and used vehicles for sale.
• All vehicles are subject to availability, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Vehicle specifications and features are subject to change, and Mandurah Mazda is not liable for any discrepancies.
• The Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, and registration costs associated with the purchase of a vehicle.

3. Service and Repairs

• Mandurah Mazda provides vehicle servicing and repair services.
• The cost of services and repairs will be provided to the Customer before commencement, and no work will be conducted without the Customer’s approval.
• Mandurah Mazda is not responsible for damages or losses of personal items left in the vehicle during service or repair.

4. Financing and Insurance

• Mandurah Mazda can assist the Customer in arranging financing and insurance for vehicle purchases.
• Financing and insurance terms and conditions are set by third-party providers, and the Customer should review these separately.
• Mandurah Mazda may receive a commission for facilitating financing or insurance transactions.

5. Privacy

• Mandurah Mazda respects the privacy of its Customers and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Mandurah Mazda website and materials provided are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

7. Warranty and Liability

• New vehicles are sold with warranties that are subject to the terms and conditions provided by the manufacturer.
• Used vehicles may come with warranties as specified in individual sales agreements.
• Mandurah Mazda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes or concerns should be raised with Mandurah Mazda through the contact information provided in this agreement.
• Mandurah Mazda will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in an amicable manner.

9. Applicable Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Western Australia, and any legal action must be taken in the appropriate jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

• Mandurah Mazda may update these terms and conditions from time to time, and the Customer agrees to be bound by the most recent version of the terms and conditions.
